The DX-8BD400AHG can measure the crystal specification: A orientation (height:500mm,diameter:400mm,weight:
120kg.It can orient the sapphire’s  A,C,R,M,N plane.)
2.First: Fix the crystal on the two-dimensional adjustment fixture, adjust and orient the crystal ball’s A plane, when
you orient it, you should adjust the X and Y axis of A orientation, when you get the ideal angle, you should turn to
next step to process the A orientation.
3.Use the of-angle fixture to fix the crystal, directly orient it under the X ray, when you orient it, the unit display C
off-angle M 45°。
4. After cutting, put the rough crystal bulk on the unit to orient. If the crystal angle is over tolerance, then you should use the crystal adjustment fixture to adjust the crystal again, and process it until it can be qualified.
