DX-7B Orientation Unit for Reference Side and End Face of Mono-Crystal Ingots ( Models 7BC\7BS\7BZ)
Functions: it is mainly used to orient the mono-crystal boule and, also, the end face of other- mono-crystal boule( ingot ).
Model DX-7B is for manual sample control and manual measuring/searching for the peak.
Model DX-7BC has a function of actual-measurement angle display and difference angle one( difference is the one between actual-measurement value and the standard angle ).
Model 7BS is in the functions to display the actual-measurement angle, difference and lead out the data( with customer’s own computer ).
Model DX-7BZ has functions to display the automatic measurement, actual- measurement angle and difference and, also, lead the data out(with customer’s own computer ).
