DX-7C Orientation Unit for Silicon Mono-Crystal Ingot
Function: it is specially used to orient s silicon mono-crystal ingot and works together with a multi-line cutter. On the worktable there is a pair of rollers and place the ingot onto the rollers, then orient the end-face under x-rays.
Characteristics: its ingot end is coupled with the coder from abroad, which can be detailed to 0.001° for measuring the ingot rotation angle at 4 locations(0°, 90°, 180°, 270°)and 2 ones(0°, 90°). This unit has a computer controller with input keyboard, screen and printer. Select the screen menu, type the ingot number, data needed and the deviation angle for the product to be cut. Through calculation, display, it is printed the ingot no., angle ß in itself turning and sway one & etc. for the ingot to be bonded onto the wire saw plate.
