Model DX-7 Semiconductor X-Ray Orientation Units for Seed Crystal
Functions: it is mainly used to orient the silicon mono-crystal seed crystals and, also, orient the seed crystals of the other semiconductor materials.
Characteristics: it is of two work tables, where the right one orients the end to be processed to seed-crystal silicon mono-crystal ingot and, then, to be cut to slivers on the internal cutter; the left one is used to orient the seed-crystal slivers.
