DX-7AG Orientation Unit for Wafer Reference Side and End( Models 7ACG\ 7ASG\7AZG)
Functions: it mainly used to measure the angles of sapphire-wafer crystal planeand reference side, also measure the wafers of the other crystal materials. It
has two worktables, which can operate at the same time. The sample holder
can be set according to customer requirements.
Model DX-7AG operates with samples in manual controls and manual measuring/searching for a peak value.
Model DX-7ACG is in functions to show actually measured angles and difference ones( difference is the one between the actually measured value and the standard one ).
Model DX-7ASG has the function to show an actually measured angle and difference, also of the function to lead out the data( with a computer customer prepares).
Model DX-7AZG is of the functions to automatically measure, show an accurately measured angle and difference, also to lead out the data.
