Functions:
It is a semi-automatic Angle Tester to determine the defects of the mono-crystal surface. The SCM System collects the actual-time data and transmits them to computer for its analysis system processing and then obtain the peak-angle and FWHW values, which can determine the crystal surface growth completeness.
Characteristics:
it is nondestructive through the measurement, of high precision/ accuracy in repeated measurements etc. in simple, easy-quick operation.
