DX-7BG Orientation Unit for Ingots( Models 7BCG7BSG7BZG)
Functions: it is mainly used to measure the angles of the sapphire-ingot end face and reference planes and also measure an ingot of the other-crystal material.It has two work tables and the two ones can work at the same time. The sample holder is set based on the customer needs.
Model DX-7BG is in manual operation.
Model DX-7BCG is in functions to show an actually-measured angle and difference one( difference is the one between the actually measured value and the standard one ).
Model DX-7BSG is of the functions to show an actually-measured angle and difference one, also of the function to lead out the data( customer operates with their own computer).
Model DX-7BZG works, on measurement, with manual placing a crystal and the unit automatically searches for the peak value to determine the angle, in the functions to show an actually measured angle, a difference and lead the data to the computer.
