DX-9 Rocking-Curve Orientation Unit
Functions:
It is a semi-automatic one to measure the angle to determine the surface defects of mono-crystal materials. In operation the SCM System collects the real-time data and delivers them to the computer analysis system for data processing to get the peak angle and FWHW values, which determine the crystal-surface growth completeness.
Characteristics: it is nondestructive during the test process. It gets a feature of higher precision and accuracy in testing repeatedly, which makes the test simple, quick and easy in operation.
